What happens if my item is overdue?

Answer

We assist you in returning your items on time by sending a courtesy notice to your student email or your staff email address 4 days before your item is due.

If you still need the item when you receive this notice you can reply to the email, phone your campus library or renew online.

If you do not renew or return your item you will receive an overdue notice 2 days after the due date which will alert you to the amount you will be required to pay if the item is not returned.

Once your item is overdue you cannot renew online, but must contact the library directly.

If you do not return your item at this point, or contact the library to discuss extending your loan you will be invoiced for the replacement cost of the item.
