Outlook Error "500: repeating redirects detected"

If you see an error like “500: repeating redirects detected” when logging into Outlook, or you can access everything except the Student Portal, follow these steps to fix the issue.
Step 1: Log Out of All Devices
- Sign out of all devices where you are logged into Microsoft 365.
- Wait 30 minutes before proceeding.
Step 2: Sign Out Everywhere
- Go to: https://myaccount.microsoft.com
- Sign in as usual.
- On the left menu, select Security Info.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Sign out everywhere.
- Confirm by clicking OK.
- You will be asked to sign out—do so now.
Step 3: Wait Before Logging Back In
- Do not log into:
- Student Portal
- Microsoft 365
- Blackboard
- Any other site that uses the same login
- Wait at least 30 minutes before signing in again.
Note:
Logging onto a campus computer or connecting to Wi-Fi during this time is fine.
