I can't log into the PlantFile Database. What do I do?

There are 2 common errors which can appear when you try and open the PlantFile database. These errors are: 'Description Errors' or 'Key Characters Disallowed'.
Here is how to fix both errors -
On a Google Chrome browser:
- Select the ellipses (three dots) on the top right of your browser screen.
- From the dropdown menu look for 'Clear Browsing Data'.
- Select the 'Clear Data'.
- You may need to re-load the database.
On a Microsoft Edge browser:
- Select the ellipses (three dots) on the top right of your browser screen.
- From the dropdown menu look for 'history'.
- Select the rubbish bin on the top right of the menu.
- A menu will appear and select 'Clear Now'.
- You may need to re-load the database.
If the database opens in 'Trial or Demo Mode' all you need to do is refresh the page.
