Accessing Your Timetable

Before you can view your timetable, you must set up your Microsoft 365 account.
Instructions for this setup are linked at the bottom of this FAQ.

Steps to View Your Timetable

1. Log in to Microsoft 365.
2. From the landing page, select Apps (left-hand side).
3. Click Outlook to open your student email.
4. Open Calendar (also on the left).
5. Navigate to the start of the semester:
   • Semester 1: Week beginning 2 February 2026
   • Semester 2: Week beginning 20 July 2026
6. Your timetable will appear in the calendar.

Important Notes

• Your timetable may change.
• Check your calendar regularly, especially close to the official start date.
